Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance of original booking date and time. For appraisal and gem identification services, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. Deposit will be applied to final billing on completion of appraisal service. All effort to provide accurate quotes for services requested is made at start of the process. In certain circumstances, additional research or tests are required. Clients are notified in advance in such cases where additional charges may be applied. Charges for additional third party gemological lab-testing, jeweller repair or restoration services, and arrangement and incidental fees for such services, are additional charges to any appraisal services performed.
